   Quality Control

A control process is applied continuously in our company starting from purchase of wheat until sales of flour. Just like each party of wheat received, the flour generated is also controlled with samples taken every 60 minutes.

• Raw material stage: Samples are taken from wheat in parties received, they are analyzed and classified and stored separately according to their spects.

• Production Stage: Samples taken every 60 minutes during production are checked according to different flour criteria.

• Shipment Stage: Flour, the quality of which has been determined according to the order received and produced as per the dosage from appropriate silos is checked at the stage of packing. Finally, goods loaded on trucks are also checked and our products are shipped after making sure that they conform to the orders received and/or our standards. Vehicles with no analysis values are not allowed to leave the facility.
